It is our vision that the Aurora Group should always be the leading - Nordic-based - servicepartner, within logistics and distribution of accessories for electronic products to the Nordic consumer market. Our strategy is to create longterm business relations based on mutual trust". As a strategic business partner we will aim innovatively to develop concepts and services, plus to carry out a continous adjustment of brand marks and trade marks to meet the demands of the markets". Our target is to reduce the total costs for our customers and strengthen the quality of their own concept. This is among other things done by offering a number of services, which will give the shop the optimal basis for success.

Our team of well-qualified consultants concentrate on making the shop as profitable and attractive as possible. By optimizing the productmix and exposure in the shop, good earnings and rate of turnover is secured - at both yours and the costumer's satisfaction.
Space Management gives an overview and clearness
Our space management co-ordinator works closely together with the local area manager about the design of your shop, and starts from a number of models for each of our product areas, adjusted to your type of shop, location and size.
Merchandisers can make the everyday life easier
If you wish to be free of the work with optimizing the product range and hanging up the newly arrived goods in the shop, you can at the Aurora Group make a merchandising supplementary agreement, so this in future will be handled by our Nordic merchandiser team of more than 100 persons, where 1-2 persons will be permanently attached to your shop.
Product training
Good product knowledge is the key to qualified service, and therefore we offer focused product training of the personnel in the shop. This can be done as external day-courses or evening courses in the shop. The training is handled by our consultants in co-operation with representatives from the producers. |
