 1.1 Product Complaints / defects
Warranty is granted on products supplied by Aurora Group.
Return of defective products must happen according to agreement and in accordance with sections 1.5 RMA.
Defects from following manufactures must be shipped to service partner for repair or credit:
- Sony Ericsson
- Samsung
- HTC
- Nokia
- LG
1.2 Delivery Error
Complaints of any errors in delivery must be Aurora Group in hand within 5 days from the receipt date. If complaints are not made within 5 days the shipment is considered fully delivered.
In case of errors, be it too little, too much or incorrectly supplied products, Aurora Group must be approached for a solution.
1.3 Transport Complaints
Upon receiving a consignment from Aurora, the following must be observed:
Is there a visible damage to the packaging, this should be pointed out to the driver. On the freight document / PDA there must be indicated that the shipment was "received with reservation of damage".
Unpacking must be done immediately after damage to the packaging has been observed, in order to check whether the goods have been damaged or not. If damage appears when unpacking the products, the customer must without delay contact Aurora Group.
Damaged items can be sent back to Aurora Group, after obtaining a RMA number.
1.4. Return of products
Products can only be returned after prior agreement with Aurora Group. Look 1.5
Returned goods must be complete and undamaged, as we are going to re-sell these products. Packaging must be intact and any seals must not be broken. The packaging may not be attached with price tags and / or alarm tiles. Any return shipment must be shipped in accordance to these guidelines otherwise Aurora Group reserves the right to refuse the returned products.
1.5 RMA - Process
A precondition for the return is that the shipment includes a RMA number which is provided by Aurora Group. The RMA number is valid for 14 days and covers only pre-agreed products.
After obtaining the RMA number via email or telephone, Aurora will send a return shipment delivery note per email.
This return shipment delivery note must be enclosed in the returned shipment. Are there any deviations from the agreed, Aurora Group reserves the right to refuse the RMA shipment. The RMA number must be indicated on the package(s).
Products must be returned to the pre-agreed return address.
